WebI don't believe you can change it with the in game tools. However some members of the community use the program Yolomouse to change the size and color of the cursor on Guild Wars 2. It might be worth looking into that. I use it myself, although I used it to make it larger so I can actually find it during crazy world boss fights! It's pretty good.
