I'm not sure if this is an issue or the OIS mechanism inside of it. However I saw a post stating that all iPhone models have had this since the iPhone 5. So I grabbed my iPhone 6S which rattled towards the lense. WebIf you are in a 220 volt situation measure the output of the outlet and see if it is truly 220 volt. If it is lower you are most likely over subscribing the lines. Or the ground wire on the outlet might not have been connected, which is different than the black wire which is neutral.
